McGinty recently acquired New River Kinematics SpatialAnalyzer software which optimizes our FARO Laser Tracker. This powerful combination of hardware and software is completely mobile. This means McGinty will come to your location and perform Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) right on your shop floor. The graphical environment allows us to download your CAD model (e.g., CATIA, UG, etc.) in the ISO standard STEP formats (or in many other industry standard formats) and then make all the measurements. This software gives the users a 3D graphical software platform, dimensional measurement and performs complex analysis tasks simply. High quality and customer support are key philosophies at McGinty. Tooling   > Design and Engineering The McGinty Machine Company is a full service tool manufacturing shop. We have the experience not only in building tools but also in design. Our experienced staff has the skill and knowledge to build from concept to a finished product. Our tools are second to none in quality, accuracy, durability and satisfaction. We have Electronic Data Transmittal utilizing IGES Translator and CATIA. Our NC programming systems capabilities include, CATIA V4.2.4, CATIA V5 16 and Mastercam V10. We build tools out of steel, aluminum, Invar and Ren Board, according to customer needs.
